What’s included:

• 21 brief video lessons--typically 10-20 minutes long--explaining concept and/or information you need to complete the step

• With each video lesson is a task which may include:

  • Reflection and journaling

  • Skills and practices to implement

  • A small practical shift in lifestyle or environment

  • Parenting strategies to practice
