In our busy lives filled with obligations, issues and problems, relationships, and just general life stress, we are often left feeling less happy than we want to, less happy than we think we “should” be. Whatever the issue is for you: a relationships/marital issue, professional problems and stress, the experience of anxiety and/or depression, juggling too much and losing yourself in the chaos, or just general life stress, we can help.
Our Personal Transformation Bootcamp will guide you through a process that will truly change your outlook and quite possibly your life. Learn simple practices and tools that will help you better manage stress and emotion, find your center, be more present in each moment of your life, and find greater happiness.
The course consists of 7 learning modules that you can complete as they are released weekly, or at your own pace. Each learning module, based on our comprehensive model for wellness, focuses on a different aspect of your own wholeness and balance as a person. In each module you will learn valuable information about how you can implement simple, manageable practices and lifestyle changes into your own lives. These changes will promote greater peace, balance, groundedness, and happiness. From this place of your own healing and growth, you can learn to better interact with your world, approach your problems, and find you “best self.”
In addition to the 7 learning modules, you will receive a valuable Bonus Pack that includes several video sessions. You will also receive weekly, individualized email support and 2 one-on-one coaching sessions via Zoom or phone, whichever you prefer. Additional coaching sessions are also available for purchase, if you want more support, and we are able to offer reduced rates if you purchase multiple sessions.
